ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF BAZM-E-AHLEBAIT OF WA INC. (BEA)

BEA is cordially inviting all its Registered Members (both Ladies & Gents) to attend AGM on the above-mentioned date and time. The agenda of the meeting which includes Management Committee Election will be emailed to all registered members of BEA and further details of elections will be communicated by the Election Officer in due course.

If any of the BEA registered member won’t receive email from the BEA official email address (bazmeahlebait@gmail.com) by 21st January 2022, then kindly write back to BEA on the given email address maximum by 25th January 2022 to confirm. Thanks

Only those registered members who have fully paid the BEA membership fees are eligible to participate in the AGM. The registered members are requested to kindly pay their outstanding membership fee (if they haven’t) including of the current financial year 2021-22, as it is also due now.

Those who have not yet taken a BEA membership, we encourage you to become BEA paid member, so that you can also participate in the above AGM. The Membership fee is $300 per year per person, $200 per year for Students (18+) and Senior Citizens (60+). It is a donation and will be utilized to organize all BEA programs.
